I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious my double room was at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my request for adjoining rooms, which was much appreciated. The location couldn't have been better with convenient amenities nearby, but the dining experience left something to be desired due to limited options.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy but lacked some counter space, and the lighting was a bit odd, which was needed after a tiring cross-country flight at 3 o'clock. However, waking up in a room that felt like being in a treehouse was a peaceful way to start the day.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel with large, wonderful rooms creating a very relaxed atmosphere. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful and kind staff, although having someone working the lobby on weekends would have been even better. The location was fabulous, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and historic sites, but a grab bar in the bath/shower area would have added to the convenience. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with nice features like a front desk pickup breakfast but room for improvement in providing a variety of choices. Overall, a great experience with a few areas that could be enhanced.
